Platen Die Cutting, Embossing Machine | | 
We manufacture Platen Die Cutting and Embossing Machine that are manufactured with latest technology using high grade raw material. These are used for various applications related to cutting, creasing, embossing and punching of corrugated sheets.
The drive and stop to the platen is transferred by an electromagnetic clutches that ensure quick and accurate functioning of the machines. Further, the machine is provided with two safety guides that are used for stopping the machines in emergency. The machine is available in various sizes like 20"x26", 20"x30", 22"x32", 25"x37", 32"x42" & 36"x50" with platen sizes of 23"x29", 23"x33", 25"x35", 28"x40", 36"x46" & 40"x54" respectively.

This technology is called flexographic printing which uses anilox roller and water based inks which result in very fine printing and quick drying.
