This strongly bold new design OBLIQUE TYPE machine is compact size easy to operate saves precious space in factory economical labour saving and less maintenance required
The machine has Hydraulic / motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts for paper reels are provided

Rolls:

Flute rolls are the most important features of the machine are minutely finished give perfect formation on the board
The flute rolls are mounted on Heavy Duty Spherical Roller Bearings for longer life
The flute rolls are made of special alloy steel for better performance and life
Two sets of any two types of flute rolls for immediate and trouble free changeover of fluting medium in just few minutes with motorized lifting and lowering of flute roll assembly

Special Features:

Once the flute rolls are set no adjustment are to be made and no fine tuning is required
When the rolls are hot the foolproof design of cartridge roll change can be routinely and safely accomplished even by less experience crews
This quick capability of changing flute rolls allows the box plant a great flexibility. Its ability offers the customer to choose flute profile of their need as per the requirements
The machine is recommended to be used on stem heating or thermic fluid heating
Eddy current electric motor is provided with machine
All moving parts are protected by safety guards
