Sheet Pasting Machine comprises 3 rollers, which are smoothly finished for ensuring even lamination of boards. | | Use Of The Product:This Machine is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugated surface of board and specially designed for pasting corrugated sheets of different ply and thickness. Specification: 1.Rolls: - The machine consists of three rolls.
- All rolls are grinded, balanced, & hard chromed called glue pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll.
- All rolls are of M.S (Mild steel) are mounted with ball bearing for smooth running & longer life.
2.Gum Tray: - Gum tray is provided to store the gum built by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.
- The gum can be released at the end of the work through exit point at the corner of the gum tray.
3.Setting Of The Gum: - Side setting is provided to set the gum in this machine.
- Setting of the gum can be adjusted as desired for flutes.
- It saves the time & gum as a result the final product dries fast because of the minimum application of the gum.
4.Design: - The machine is simply designed, strong in construction and easy to operate.
- Platform is provided in H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.
- Electric Motor of 3Phase, A/C 1440 RPM / 440V ISI Marked, certified by ISO 9001-2000.
- All moving parts are protected by safety guards.
- It assures fault less working during continuous operation.
