flute rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical roller bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of flute roll is from one side only. A motor is fitted to keep the gum rolls rotation for agitation of the gum while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls.

a steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorized self loading reel stand is additionally provided with the machine. The machine is provided with centralized lubrication system. The vertical model of machine is simple to operate and easy to handle. Bush mounted for manufacturing 2 ply corrugated board. The oblique high speed model offers a high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The flute rollers mounted on the roller bearings, for smoother running and longer life, impart the proper impression on the board. Dancing rolls are provided to eliminate the effect of improper winding of paper on the finished product. The machine is provided with motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with 3 unwinding shafts. Shaftless hydraulic reel stand is recommended for this machine. The machine is to be heated by steam, Two preheating cylinders are provided with the machine.
For high production capacity and increased efficiency as compared to other models. Rolls are mounted on roller bearing for smooth running & longer life. The machine is provided with gum tray movement device which becomes operational when gum unit is disengaged from rollers. The machine is recommended to be used on steam heating or thermic fluid heating. App. Output of machine is 110 rft/min.
