This Machine is another contribution to the packaging industry used for trimming and creasing on the corrugated sheets simultaneously as per required measurement.

Body Design:

• This machine is heavy duty robust type in design and easy to operate
• The machine is with two pairs of heavy shafts
• The front pair is with 4 sets of cutting dies and rear pair is with 4 sets of creasing dies
• Heavy platform and two guides are provided for easily feeding of sheets

Setting Action:

• The lower shaft of each pair can be raised or lowered by revolving side wheel depending on the ply of the board
• Both cutting and creasing dies are made in two half for easy to adjust or moves as per required measurement on the heavy shafts

The machine is used for creasing and cutting corrugated board simultaneously. Creasing and cutting heads are adjustable. Two side gauges are provided for accuracy in cutting and creasing of boards. The speed is 300 ft. per minute and the minimum distance between two dies is 3 inches.


Cutting and Creasing is the initial process carried out in the manufacture of a corrugated box. It is simultaneously carried over this machine. Two pairs of shafts have creasing and cutting heads mounted on them which can be easily set as required. Depending upon the thickness of the board (3 ply, 5 ply, 7 ply, 9 ply), separate creases are to be used. The sheets are piled on the feed table and fed through the machine by hand.
