Mr. Suresh Garg, 59, took a while to shape up into an entrepreneur and begin his foray into the packaging machines business, after his graduation. After completing graduation, he started a small business of manufacturing of casting which he supplied indirectly to Escorts & Eicher, Soon he was a certified direct vendor of Eicher Motors Ltd. & Escorts Group for supplying of tractor parts. From there he had set his vision to get into manufacturing of machines and today has taken it to new heights.

Mr. Ankush Garg, 30, A Chartered Accountant by profession, involved in the expansion initiatives of Neelkanth Group through efforts that combine new accounting business Ideas and understanding the changing Market Dynamics. Ankush has completed his C.A, C.S & B Com (Hons) from University of Delhi at merit basis. He is taking care of Sigma Sealing & Insulations Pvt. Ltd., in which a complete range of Asbestos & Non-Asbestos Mill Boards, Jointing Materials are manufactured. It takes immense courage and self-belief to paint a larger than life canvas of success. But for Mr. Ankush that's a way of life.

Being at a post of Executive Director Mr. Ankush Garg, is a dynamic leader whose actions speak louder than words. His strong work ethics and hands-on approach has been instrumental in steering the Group to new frontiers of success.

Mr. Anish Garg, 28, in a short span of time, has achieved such great heights and is also actively involved in the IT strategy and various other initiatives leading the organization to be more competitive and achieving the mission "Anish has completed his Bachelors from Delhi University, with a deep focus in Marketing and marketing Communications from Haas School Of Business (University of Berkeley, California).

Being a director of Neelkanth International Pvt. Ltd., Anish is responsible for the complete activities, which are taking place in the unit of manufacturing of PVC Products, which is just started 1 year back and has taken a initiative of taking it to heights of Neelkanth Group.

He is involved in strategizing lean manufacturing concepts, technology transfer from overseas partner and establishing the security business vertical for the group. Extensively involved in the Neelkanth group since the inception, he also established a new era in best manufacturing practices in the industry.
