Rolls

• The machine consists of three rolls
• All rolls are grinded, balanced, & hard chromed called glue pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll
• All rolls are of M.S (Mild steel) are mounted with ball bearing for smooth running & longer life

Gum Tray

• Gum tray is provided to store the gum built by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet
• The gum can be released at the end of the work through exit point at the corner of the gum tray

Setting Of the Gum

• The machine is simply designed, strong in construction and easy to operate
• Platform is provided in H.R / C.R Steel Sheet
• Electric Motor of 3Phase, A/C 1440 RPM / 440V ISI Marked, certified by ISO 9001:2000
• All moving parts are protected by safety guard
